LISTINGS AND CATEGORIES
• 24 categories grouped by family: homes, land, business spaces and hospitality.
• Listings from private owners and professionals, with photos, video, price, area and location.
• By default, a listing’s map shows an approximate area: the exact location only appears if the advertiser chooses so.

SEARCH AND MAP
• Search by city, neighbourhood or property type, in the country of your choice.
• Narrow it down with filters: category, rent or sale, price and currency, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, furnished, amenities.
• Browse properties on the map and create alerts to be told as soon as a listing matches.

COTI, YOUR ASSISTANT
• Express search: describe the property you are looking for in your own words. COTI goes through the published listings and suggests the ones that match; refine by answering him.
• Guided search: a few simple questions to pin down what you need.
• Express publishing: paste the text of your listing and add your photos, COTI fills in the form and you review it before publishing.

LIST AND MANAGE YOUR PROPERTIES
• Pick the category, follow the steps (description, price, location, photos, contact) and publish.
• Edit your listings, mark them reserved, sold or rented, hide them or publish them again.

CHÔ-CHÔ AND SOCIAL
• Chô-Chô: photo, video or text stories, visible for a limited time, with a “See the property” link to your listing.
• Social: news, tips and projects from members and real estate professionals. Like, comment and follow the accounts you care about.
