Couchsurfing is an amazing way to meet new people, experience new things, and learn about other ppl's cultures! Couchsurfing is absolutely amazing, but the app of course can use some improvement. It is missing quite a few of the features that the online site has. And it would be nice to be able to add other albums to your photos. edit - they charged me without authorization

Having been a member since the inception of Couchsurfing, I find the changes in site are the most miserable renovations possible. It is impossible as a host to learn of the person who is requesting to stay, it is difficult having to go through the entire [pocess each time I make a request of more than one host in a city. It is an entirely useless renovation.

The biggest problem here is Couch Surfing FORCED MIGRATED our user account into the new platform without letting us know in advance and without user permission. For a subscription based app, this is a problem. In my case, I had just paid for a one year renewal of my subscription only weeks before they forced the migration. Many of the features are gone, and blindly automated. People who haven't logged in years show up in your searches. Messages aren't seen. Not good at all!!!
