The new app and website are harder to use than before. I usually have to press the login icon twice now. And now I have to use a 2-step process to log in on a computer. This process has my land-line phone, and won't let me change to my mobile phone without calling the bank.

Your recent upgrade has been disappointing. Transactions take too long to post. One day they are pending, the next day they are completely absent, and the next day they have cleared. It is worrisome when they disappear after having shown as pending. Currently, my online account indicates my last transaction was a week ago, when in actuality i make probably 5 per day. When it gets closer to 9 a.m. i expect it will all resolve itself, but at 6 a m. it looks very wrong. Cant rely on the accuracy.

I really liked the other options to the old application and the ease of use. Quick balance view was great! This is kind of confusing.
