GETTING STARTED
To use the County National Bank App, you must be enrolled as a County National Bank Personal Online Banking user. If you currently use our Personal Online Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Personal Online Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

The transaction ledgers display no running balance. Charges against accounts fail to be deducted from the accounts for days, and can even fail to be subtracted when the payment reads "processed," which can also take days. You should provide a running balance that includes outstanding checks and other payments in real time, or at least offer that option.

I appreciate that the deposit function is straightforward. The MICR line and check number prompts are very helpful. However, the endorsement space on the back of the check could be larger.

Update 2026: Mobile deposit STILL doesn't work. C'mon CNB, this is 2012 stuff. Pitiful. What? Why the change? I use mobile deposit frequently. The new app doesn't have mobile deposit.
