To use the County National Bank App, you must be enrolled as a County National Bank Personal Online Banking user. If you currently use our Personal Online Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Personal Online Banking credentials.

The transaction ledgers display no running balance. Charges against accounts fail to be deducted from the accounts for days, and can even fail to be subtracted when the payment reads "processed," which can also take days. You should provide a running balance that includes outstanding checks and other payments in real time, or at least offer that option.

I like the old app better. I could use a 4 number pin instead of typing a password everytime. I could also take a screenshot of my account so I could write everything down instead of screen fading out and then having to type password in again. I get that these are great security but I'm the only one that uses my device so I don't need all these added security measures.

Unable to use since the last update. App will not even start, it just keeps crashing. This happens with most every Android system update. Spoke with CNB support and got the feeling it wasn't their problem and they weren't able to correct it. It appears to be supported by an outside agency. I've been a CNB customer for the better part of 40yrs and believe in keeping my personal banking local, but this is pushing me to find another bank. Very disappointed.
