Ratings and reviews

Good app for basic functionality. I would prefer a little more proactive features, though. Things like locations near me for recycling items not taken, such as batteries, or ink cartridges. Also, I would love to know how much of the collected plastic is actually recycled and not stored in a land fill.

Practically useless for residential. Will not allow to pay bill, just an endless loop back to the app. Cannot view balance or payment history or account information. Anything important like that has to be done in web browser.

I downloaded the app after getting nowhere trying to contact the company via phone and so far I have been unable to log in stating it cannot find my address, so whenni try to input more info (my account # etc.) It has no enter button. Clearly more needs to be done to make this app more useful
