Ratings and reviews

The Wizard function on the app does not work. If I try to search anything up, nothing comes up. No pictures or info. Very disappointed.

Good app for basic functionality. I would prefer a little more proactive features, though. Things like locations near me for recycling items not taken, such as batteries, or ink cartridges. Also, I would love to know how much of the collected plastic is actually recycled and not stored in a land fill.

I downloaded the app after getting nowhere trying to contact the company via phone and so far I have been unable to log in stating it cannot find my address, so whenni try to input more info (my account # etc.) It has no enter button. Clearly more needs to be done to make this app more useful
