I enjoy using this app, but I have one major complaint. The majority of my customers do not require signatures or photos, but the app forces me to get them for every single drop-off, which adds a lot of unnecessary steps to complete my work compared to the app my company used previously.

not a big fan of how this app works at all im a driver and I f8nd it slows me down so much I loose a hour a day having to do it the apps way and having to have dispatch change stuff ofton as it does not setup trips by straight line but has u driving by stuff and backtracking constantly ..

it does not allow me to login into the app. it is telling me to contact dispatch because it can NOT find the driver
