To shop for the elderly in France, 95% of carers use blank checks, credit cards with the code or cash belonging to senior customers. There is no security for anyone, neither for seniors, nor for home helpers, nor for agencies or associations.

Courseur Pro is the solution that allows personal service professionals to secure and track payments for home shopping and improve the quality of races.

We provide associations and agencies with bank cards that can be managed through an online manager.

Bank cards are used by carers to pay for groceries. After each payment for groceries made in the store, the AVS who has the bank card receives an SMS which asks him to detail for whom he has done the groceries by selecting one of the beneficiaries and then taking a photo of the receipt, via the Courseur Pro application on their phone

All payments are visible from the Courseur Pro online manager: Name of the AVS, of the customer, amount of the payment, date, photo of the receipt and the status: "incomplete" when the customer is not identified and 'there is no scanned receipt, "being reimbursed" once this information is entered, "reimbursed" once the reimbursement debit has been made.

Once the shopping has been done, the name of the customer and the photo of the receipt scanned, the reimbursement of the shopping by customers then takes place automatically (after signed SEPA direct debit authorization) /

For the sake of transparency, all of the shopping and ticket payments may be accessible to family members or caregivers who have been authorized by the customer,

Finally, the icing on the cake, carers can make shopping lists from our mobile application, with real products from more than 5,000 stores, so they never have to go wrong again.
