DO NOT USE! 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE PAID ADS ON TIKTOK! First, there is no free trial and no way to test the app before buying. Second, you are asked to pick a MONTHY subscription that you can cancel at any time, but you are charged for the entire year at once. Third, the actual AI is garbage, even the free version of ChatGPT is 1000x better than this app. I spent 20 minutes trying to prompt it to give me an outline overview of a textbook chapter that it was never able to sufficiently provide.

I regret downloading courseology. the app feels like a cash grab once you pay don't expect to see your money back. They don't issue refunds and reaching customer service is impossible. the AI feature are weak and often give inaccurate or unhelpful results which defeats the purpose of using the app.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! ITS A SCAM! this app isnt great and gives wrong answers for equations. the camera option didnt even work. I want a refund of the funds I spent and no one is replying to emails. worst experience ever during a time when I really need to study.
