Horrible data provider, first of the devices especially the "Evo" battery don't last, they have bad customer service, don't respond to emails nor text by the app, and their warranty is a big scam. No warranty of any sort. My wifi stopped turning on in less than a month and I was told to buy another one. Very bad experience with them, would never recommend!!!

I don't understand the data consumption, I'm not doing much but the data keeps depleting very fast. Secondly, the so-called free/unlimited browsing period (1am - 8am) is a very BIG SCAM cos the network within those hours is horrible. Please, try and work hard on improving your service, I think we're getting fed up gradually and you know what that means.

Used this app for about 2 months, then the offer of the day button disappeared. Meanwhile, the notifications they used to push with old app suddenly stopped. Of what use is spectranet if I can take advantage of their offers? Their customer care agents will tell you to call if you want to find out about their offers. How convenient. And don't even try to use their website, that one has never worked and will never work in my opinion. You guys should do better in automating & digitising your biz
