This app is an absolute mess. Constant crashes, endless loading screens, and zero useful features. It’s supposed to be “self-care,” but it feels more like self-torture. Login errors every other day, data doesn’t refresh, and payments vanish into thin air. For a company selling internet services, their app performance is laughably bad. Spectranet, fix your app. It's 2025, not 2005.

It's manageable... though i don't i got the extra bonus of 15GB on 9/07/26 during the 100% extra data. And it takes a while to activate my data if I recharge online, aside from that one can deal with it.

The biggest mistake I made was purchasing this MiFi, thinking it was better than MTN not knowing it's the worst network provider I came across. Once my data subscription runs out, I will never renew it again.
