The customer care service is disgusting! I have tried contacting them thrice through the live chat and I saw no change in my account. The old app was better in my honest opinion. Their response time is still abysmal, really. It can take over a whole day before being attended to. The customer service online needs to be worked on.You would think that with the abundance of bad reviews and complaints that they would improve their services and try and step up but no. Barely any improvement. Horrible.

Mehh I thought mtn was airtel and this other network was bad until I bought this spectranet network is so poor 60 GB finished within 5 days without downloading or doing anything serious The network is slow to make payment self na wahala you will have to call the customer care before the money reflects on your acct. Just a small advice for anyone seeing this and wants to renew or subscribe for an Internet plan don't cause you going to regret it

I think I am really enjoying my own device, apart from normal glitches I think they are good and pocket friendly too.
