I've been trying to get in and open this app to check my coverage and it won't open some excuse that it don't open credential wise

Have not used the service yet and I have not called customer service when I use the service I will leave a review

Horrible. I am now so concerned about paying these people almost $200 monthly and feeling CONFIDENT they will really be there for me when needed. The hokkie home-printed coverage booklet, no official website, and a mobile that doesn't work AND HASN'T FOR OVER A MONTH...
