Homemade Pasta Sili is a pasta with the story of a small family business that is arising from a great love of food preparation and cooking. Our home has always smelled of fresh bread, potica and biscuits, after traditional Slovenian food, which we prepared for a little newer and fresher way.
The love for the test was brought to our house by Mom Barbara, a growing interest in it we got pasta on our annual visit to Italy, which we love very much traveled. There we learned that pasta is not just a quick meal. They are art, they are food for the soul.
