Cover Image is a tool developed for analyzing and classifying fat finish in bovine carcasses, offering precision, standardization, and speed in evaluation.

Using advanced computer vision, Cover Image automatically classifies the degree of carcass finish based on the distribution of backfat, assigning scores from 1 to 5 according to the following standards:

1 – Absent
2 – Scarce
3 – Medium
4 – Uniform
5 – High

With Cover Image, you can:
