I was really excited to upgrade to the new Cove Connect system, but the app and the control panel have been way too buggy for the excitement to last. When I go to review the camera the screen is often black and I have to make multiple attempts to view. This is frustrating because when I get notifications (which is hit and miss) I want to see who is at the door in real time. 3 Stars is generous.

Even when it "works" the cameras are sluggish and take a long time to load. The app hasn't opened in over a week for me. It launches then once past the login screen it shuts down. Attempted multiple re-installs with no change. Worked with Cove customer service and they couldn't help either and I've not heard back after they said it would be elevated and I would be contacted. Update.... nothing has changed. I got a new phone, same issue. the app opens and immediately shuts down

App does not work with Android. I would give this app 0 stars if that were an option. We have used cove for many years and recently upgraded forcing a switch to the Cove Connect app which does not work with our Android phones. It let's you sign in then immediately crashes. Works fine with my IPad which is what tech support suggested we use. Having to carry an iPad if I want to set the alarm while traveling is completely absurd. Good luck if you are an Android user.
