I was really excited to upgrade to the new Cove Connect system, but the app and the control panel have been way too buggy for the excitement to last. When I go to review the camera the screen is often black and I have to make multiple attempts to view. This is frustrating because when I get notifications (which is hit and miss) I want to see who is at the door in real time. 3 Stars is generous.

I was quoted an awful price for installation so I did it myself and since installing the system has been nonstop trouble shooting issues with even getting the app to open on my phone. The tablet is useless as you can't replay any of the videos from it. I will be deactivating soon as this is not worth what I paid for it to not even be able to see what occured on my system throughout the day.

The security system itself is easy to install and works fine. However, the integration with the Eufy cameras within the app is terrible. It is virtually unusable on my phone and my wife's. The recorded videos almost never play. When you access the cameras, the app often shuts down. We had to switch back to using the Eufy app for the cameras and the cove app for the security system. It's more inconvenient, but works better.
