After the recent update, it no longer sends text notifications. This was a HUGE feature for me. Also, the app notifications under "messages or messenger" (I could not understand the support person due to a heavy accent) does not show on the app (android). The support in the Philippines is completely inadequate! The lack knowledge is ridiculous, and how long I was on hold multiple times was staggering.

2nd time is the charm. I was contacted by Cove to try their updated system. I admit at first I was skeptical due to a few problems with the first system but I find with updated equipment the system is working flawlessly. Cove offers a lot of options in its sensors and how the sensors will respond to different scenarios. They also made the control panel a little smaller and the system is very simple to set up and use. So far no negatives but if something does come up I will update this review

Have had the Cove system as a replacement for just over 1 month. Initial setup was relatively easy. At present, Cove app software limitations cannot connect to camera (free). Purchased 2 more sensors and Cove app will not allow me to add them. Contacted cust service and refused to let them add sensors to my system. They must fix the app. The advertising promotes the add sensor function. I called back and asked them to PUSH me the advertised Cove app and they said they could not do that. Android.
