I was really excited to upgrade to the new Cove Connect system, but the app and the control panel have been way too buggy for the excitement to last. When I go to review the camera the screen is often black and I have to make multiple attempts to view. This is frustrating because when I get notifications (which is hit and miss) I want to see who is at the door in real time. 3 Stars is generous.

App does not work with Android. I would give this app 0 stars if that were an option. We have used cove for many years and recently upgraded forcing a switch to the Cove Connect app which does not work with our Android phones. It let's you sign in then immediately crashes. Works fine with my IPad which is what tech support suggested we use. Having to carry an iPad if I want to set the alarm while traveling is completely absurd. Good luck if you are an Android user.

I updated the app and it won't open. I can't arm my system without my key fob. I'm thankful that I purchased one. Before the update, it was incredibly slow. The cameras are either overly sensitive or don't pick up full grown men on my property. I regret purchasing this whole system. It has been nothing but issues. Update: the app started working again (still like I'm using dial up Internet) after about a week. Original review was from 7/3, here we are again on 7/23-26, and the app won't open...
