I was really excited to upgrade to the new Cove Connect system, but the app and the control panel have been way too buggy for the excitement to last. When I go to review the camera the screen is often black and I have to make multiple attempts to view. This is frustrating because when I get notifications (which is hit and miss) I want to see who is at the door in real time. 3 Stars is generous.

This app is horrible! No point in having the capability to see who rang the doorbell bc it takes forever for the video feed to come up, if it comes up at all. Video clips are available to review but when you try to play them back, they don't load & you get a blank screen. And the app CONSTANTLY crashes. The app hasn't worked properly from day 1 and I got the system around Sept 2025!

I have been having nothing but issues with this company. Customer service is good, but the camera is always stop working. Sometimes I cannot connect. I have gone replacement cameras, and one of them works. Other one will not work or connect. I can't get it to turn on. I've charged it many times I can't get my cameras to connect to my panel, to be able to look at them when sitting down is a pain
