This is a very simple document management system intended for use by small business owners.
We created this app with the electronic bookkeeping law in mind, aiming to meet the minimum management requirements.

・No certification from Japan Document and Information Management Association (JIIMA)
→When a tax office investigation occurs, software requirements will be checked.
All correspondence with the tax office must be handled by the user.
Please understand that there are such risks before using this service.
・No time stamp from Time Certification Authority (TSA)
・Please create your own administrative procedures.
・This app is for personal use only. Unlike major cloud-based services, there is no function for customers to register directly or for multiple users to register at their own company.
・No image color tone (color depth) check function (requirement is 24bit color)

[Features of this tool]
・Registration, correction, and deletion of electronic documents (history of corrections and deletions remains)
・Search document management information (combinations of transaction date range specification, transaction amount range specification, business partner, and other search items are possible)
・Identification of data entered after the normal business period has elapsed
・Can be associated between documents (enter any group identification string using the tag or notes field)
- Character recognition function for document files (supported document formats are jpg, png, bmp, pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, xml, html, txt)
・Photographing and importing paper documents using a smartphone camera
- Document file tampering detection (hash value (SHA-256), file size, file update date and time)
・Checking the number of pixels in image format document files (requirement is approximately 3.87 million pixels or more)
・CSV output of document management information
・SD card backup possible
・Cloud backup possible (using Google Drive™)
・Automatic backup function
