Rewind is a free app that turns a short clip into a bouncy loop that plays forward, back, forward, back — all in just a few taps.

Pick a video from your library. Drag the trim handles to pick a 1 to 10 second window. Hit play to preview the bouncy loop right away, then export. Audio plays forward on the forward segments and reversed on the reverse segments.
