An internal application for Badr Travel employees and supervisors to manage and operate the group transportation service and track trips and students.
Important Note: This application is for company employees only and is not intended for students or the general public. Self-account creation is not permitted. Accounts are created and managed by the company.

🚍 Trip Management
Create and schedule round-trip trips, define stops and routes, assign supervisors, and track the status of each trip in real time.
📋 Attendance Recording
Scan the student subscription code (QR) upon boarding to verify eligibility. Boarding and disembarking are automatically recorded in the trip log.
👨🎓 Student and Subscription Management
Add and edit student data, set weekly subscription days, stations, and routes, issue subscription cards, and track their validity.
💰 Wallet and Settlements
An accounting log for each supervisor showing collected and due amounts and settlements related to their trips.
No electronic payments are processed within the application.
🔐 Permissions and Transaction Log
A hierarchical permissions system grants each role only the permissions it needs (Manager, Sub-Manager, Supervisor), with the identity of the person who performed each action and the time of the action recorded to ensure accountability and security.
📊 Reports and Exports
Reports for trips, attendance, and collections, with the ability to export data as files and share them using the sharing options available on your device.
🔔 Notifications
Instant alerts for changes, appointments, and assigned tasks.

🔒 Permissions and Why We Request Them
📷 Camera
Used only to scan the student subscription code (QR) upon boarding. No images are captured, saved, or uploaded from the camera during the scan.
📍 Location
Location is recorded only once at the start of the trip to document the departure point and time for operational and auditing purposes.
There is no continuous location tracking, and location is not used in the background. The app can be used and the trip recorded without location data if permission is denied.
🖼️ Photos
Photo permission is used only to select a profile picture or a photo to accompany the trip, with your consent and choice.
The app does not access other photos on your device.

Student subscribers have a separate app to track their subscriptions and trips.
