This is solely a review of the app itself, not the product. Discounts don't properly apply, cart isn't synced based on your account (between desktop, web, and mobile app), app freezes or doesn't respond when tapping certain things like size, membership benefits don't work properly, when you select an item after scrolling it doesn't save your previous location on the screen (especially a pain when you have to "load more") so you have to re-scroll, filters don't save.

Products are great but the website is a mess. Even though I earn money back for being a member, I can't spend it if an item is on sale. Basically, members have to pay full price to use earned rewards, while non members take advantage of sales. Gifts with purchase will show spend $299 but won't qualify until you reach $350.
