Been using this for a couple months, and everything was great. All of a sudden the time lost sync which screwed up the sleep schedule and I couldn't fix it. So I chose to backup data and reset the frame. After I did, there was no way to restore the backup, so I thought I needed to set up the frame as new. When I did, I lost all the photos from the app. I am beyond angry. Why have a backup if it can't be restored from the app?? I won't be buying another Cozyla frame. All those photos >(

Very nicely packaged simple setup. Pictures look good. I don't like the UI of the app and I don't like the UI of the frame. Very hard to navigate and some of the messages are not straightforward. Like the app says Google photos is not supported but when I talk to tech support they said it's not supported in the app. It's important in the frame, yeah duh why would I want to look at my Google photos album through is a app when I could just use Google photos? The warning error should be clearer

So stupid instruction. Absolutely not understandable how to upload the videos. The apps is terrible. Customer support is not helpful. When I was buying on Amazon the description says that it so easy upload the photos and videos throughout Bluetooth. In the reality I couldn't do it and can't find the way to upload the videos.
