It's been mostly working well for me lately, and the frequent log-outs have actually improved since the last bug fix. My biggest problem with the app lately is that I can't add a second vehicle, as the profile setting pages push up into my notification bar. This places the button to "add" a plate right behind my battery and cell signal icons, and the app will not recognize that I'm trying to touch "add". The rest of the app respects the notification bar, it's just the profile pages! Odd choice.

Mobile app works fine enough but forces you to pay for the max time in the designated area notwithstanding you may need a small portion of that amount of time. You then have to remember to cancel it and if you don't you continue to be charged. This is a highly cynical way to collect additional fees from people who may forget (think of the elderly). The City collects double for parking someone else pays for in the exact same spot. Shame on you Calgary!!! No excuse, just change the app

Terrible app. I parked and payed at the facility and still got a ticket. Turns out parking record has time and place but not license plate! Now I need to spend time and effort proving that my car was there. Never again am I using the app. Concrete and proven receipt on a windshield is a way to go. And for quite some time app just charges full parking amount regardless if I parked 3 hours or 5 minutes. There's just no incentive to use app anymore.
