Is it so hard to make an app that works in this day and age? The export button in the history page is not able to be pressed on certain devices. Auto top-off does not work and has to be manually added every time the account is too low. And would it be so hard to be able to add more than two hours at a time?? The notifications for when your two hours are up don't always work and only send 5 minutes before the end of your time period.

As of Oct 28 2025 the app still requires me to sign in almost ever time open it. Annoying and wastes time. This has been a known issue for so long, I don't understand why it can't be fixed. I've emailed directly about the issue but after a couple emails asking for details, they just stopped responding.

Excellent Parking App- I use this when I am mainly around the downtown area where most of the zones are. I don't use it regularly but I keep a balance so that when I am in a Park Plus area I can easily start and stop my parking and only be charged for my exact time. I can easily check to see how much time I have left and can add time easily. I have been using the app for years and love the convenience and control.
