After the last update I wasn't even able to use an app. It doesn't let me start a parking session so I have to activate it by phone and then, I I'm not able to end the session, cause when I tap a red button, the app gets closed and same happens when I try to add some funds to my account P.s. ok ok ...i give 4 stars, cause the issues were fixed after log out/log in. It works now!

I've experienced quite a few bugs with this app, but the latest one is that there is no payment confirmation screen. I submit a payment, and the screen goes white. It's successful, but there's no way to know. Another quality of life feature would be to save your payment info so you can just add funds with the click of a button. It sucks when you need to add funds and don't have your credit card handy. At LEAST the payment form should have an auto fill option for saved credit cards on Google.

I used to use this to park at school when it was the epark app and I never had any issues. Since it has switched over I haven't been able to use it at ANY parking in edmonton. I have tried using it in zones downtown and whyte ave and it has always said that the zone is unavailable to park at even when the signs say it is an alright time to park there. I would give this negative stars if I could. It is much easier to just pay on the epark website rather than the apps. Don't bother downloading.
