About this app

Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO) is providing various services to stake Pensioners through its Mobile App. CPAO has developed a DIRGHAYU Pensioners’ Mobile App facility for use of pensioners for availing of various services. Pensioners/ Family Pensioners can register on the DIRGHAYU Mobile App by providing PPO number, Date of Birth & Date of Retirement/Date of Death (in case of Family pensioner).

This Mobile App provides the following features:-
• Facility to view the Complete Pensioner Profile
• Digital Record of Pension & Revision Orders
• Download Facility of Pension/Revision orders sent to Banks
• Tracking status of Pension Processing
• Details of last 24 pensions transactions
• Last life certificate submitted by pensioners
• Registration of help request and status thereof
• Facility for obtaining feedback of pensioners

Features of APP :-
• Navigation
One can navigate all important details like Basic Pension, Number of Revisions that have taken place till date, Last Amount Paid to Pensioner, Last updated life certificate date,Track status of help request submitted.

• Last 24 Payments / Transactions Details
Display last 24 payment/Transaction details if available for particular pensioner

• List of SSAs issued
Display list of all SSAs issued for particular pensioner. User can download any available SSA from this section in .pdf format.

• List of Registered Help Request
Enable pensioner to view all help request registered till date and also check their status.

• View last life certificate submitted by pensioners

Ratings and reviews

Login is not possible. Despite correct username and password ,it mentions invalid parameters and don't use special characters whereas while setting password it says add special character before accepting the password. Cache removal,re installation also make no difference in the performance of the application.It won't be an exaggeration if it is mentioned here that all the efforts to login are futile and give frustration to the pensioner instead of help.NEEDS IMPROVEMENT to meet its objective.

There should be more options available to forget password and user id as if someone missed to note down, then there is no way to login without contacting the support team through email and need to just wait for the reponse to get the resolution. Can someone provide customer care no. to get quick support to login into the app? Or is there any way to re-register?

This app is working fine on my mobile flawlessly. Many users have given one * star. I think this may be due to the android version of their mobile. My mobile is based on Android 10 version. I request the developer to clarify whether the minimum requirement is Android 5 and above as specified in the requirement. If not so kindly give the exact required android version.
