About this app

We present our application for mobile devices, in which you can see all the information that CPE has to offer you as well as manage your checking accounts and services, all safely and at any time of the day that you choose.

With it you can easily:

Check the contact information with CPE and the address and location of our commercial offices

Access the information from our Meteorological Station with all the local Climate data.

Consult the Telephone Directory, searching by telephone number, address or line owner.

Consult and geographically locate Pharmacies

And if you are registered as a user of our Virtual Office you will also be able to:

Check the status of your collection accounts, with their balances, latest recorded movements.

Generate a payment stub on your cell phone and just by showing it at any collection point used to pay CPE you can make payments without having to print the stub or carry your invoice.

Register a Payment Notice, if you made a payment at any collection entity, you can notify us by this means so that we can register the payment.

Consult all your contracted services, with the possibility of acquiring new products and services.

Register and consult complaints, whether technical or billing, that will be attended to without having to come to our offices.

You will be able to quickly consult your latest utility bills.
