novel idea but the constant log in problems and cheap materials make wonder if it's worth it

I work for Honda, so being able to download and use this app instead of the handheld has been of great use to me. Then the update happened. Cant correct if I've entered a wrong vin (have to select all and delete, then start over)and I'm constantly signed out. Changed my 5 star to 1 until issue is resolved.

Support team is very helpful. The app has a few minor issues for me but nothing that isn't too hard to fix.
