I have noticed lately that some of my pending transactions don't appear until after they have cleared. Posted withdrawals show cleared, but still show as pending. In order for me to know what's pending on my account I have to logout and log back in! This is really starting to become a problem for me. I looked for a transaction that I knew would post today and never says it on my app. Resulting in the bank automatically moving the funds. Transaction cleared, in which result of my review!

I really like this app. It's convenient checking balances & other details on the go without having to call or use a laptop. However, it frequently crashes. When it does, it's at the most inopportune time. Error says: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. However, the error NEVER corrects itself - even after force quitting or restarting. The only way to fix is to uninstall which is very annoying as you have to re-enter you user and pass which I don't always remember.

Used to be a great app. And The mobile deposit was quick and worked every time.The mobile deposit has changed and doesn't work anymore. It captured the front finally after hovering over the check forever. On the back same thing. It finally took the pictures after I had to perfectly align it and hold it absolutely steady for 3 seconds. Then it says my check isn't endorsed when it was. Tried numerous times and no good. Guess I'll deposit my checks in my other bank now until they fix this.
