I really like this app. It's convenient checking balances & other details on the go without having to call or use a laptop. However, it frequently crashes. When it does, it's at the most inopportune time. Error says: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. However, the error NEVER corrects itself - even after force quitting or restarting. The only way to fix is to uninstall which is very annoying as you have to re-enter you user and pass which I don't always remember.

wish it would remember the phone the app is on and stop making me have to keep doing password then send a verification code to put in just to view my account. this has been going on now for the past year your updates have not made using the app any better

decent, zelle interface is a bit clumsy. I wish you could schedule future and recurring zelle transactions like you can in other banking apps.
