the app hasn't worked well since last summer. it's been terrible and every update it gets worse and worse. since the update earlier this week it's so slow I think I'm on dialup. can't you just roll it back by like five updates ago? none of the menus are good anymore. the transfer menu is a nightmare clusterfughk. you break the app even more with every single thing you change.

Couldn't find the app on my phone at all, I had to download it from my PC browser. Couldn't login online at the time either. I had no access to my banking... The old app was great, there's no point to be doing this to your customers. Especially after switching to that new "fraud alert" system that won't even let me shop at Home Depot without getting flagged. (Literally the only reason I moved over from cfcu in the first place)

All of a sudden the app will not connect. For a week it just says "try again later" I can however log in online. Just this app isn't working. Update 2/15/23 App still will not open. I've gone through my device settings, permissions, un&re-installed. I'm done trying. Uninstalled permanently and will just use a browser to get into my account.
