Requires WiFi - app won't launch unless connected to WiFi. This is not practical as I need to use at various job sites, not all which have WiFi. Plus my phone has data connection, so I shouldn't need WiFi also.. poor app design. Not practical or usable. When I tested it in the office, it worked ok but I didn't use it much.. This Wifi requirement needs to be addressed ASAP. Also, app hasn't been updated since 2021? Developer clearly doesn't care much about their product.

App closes as soon as it opens. My anemometer is currently just paperweight.

Flat out doesnt work. Apparently there is an error with this app that wont allow any devices to work. Spoke with technical support today 2/4/20 and they said it would be "probably a few weeks" till they get it resolved. I use the ts100 trendloggers and they are great, but if you cant get data, or get them to connect they are pretty useless. Unfortunate because I have relied on these for testing in the past. Looks like I'll be going to another manufacturer for more reliable testing equipment.
