slow, buggy, User interface is horribly designed for 2026. Once I slogged through registration( Birthdate entry field is a mess) the application wouldn't work. I was forced to download this by Compushare or face fees on dividend payments. the whole experience destroys any confidence I had that this service could be efficient or secure. wish I could give zero stars

Feels cheap and buggy. Website can update some parts, app has different parts you can update. what's the point? why can't I update everything in one place? also no option to delete account as I no longer have any CPU managed shares. you don't need my account anymore.

hitting submit to purchase shares shows the button change to a spinning loading symbol, then back to "Submit", but nothing happens. it stays on that same screen and the purchase doesnt go through
