The app says my phone is rooted or jailbroken so unable to log in. My S24 Ultra is factory with the latest security patches, this phone is not possible to be rooted. However I do have "developer options" enabled on my phone, when disabled I can use the app. I turned it off and tried to log back in and now it says my password is invalid. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP! Development Team at Computershare, when are you going to address this?

My phone will not open the app. it says there's something on it that is keeping it from opening. that's too much of a headache for me. you need to fix that because I'm not going to look into it on my end. my phone works fine with all of my other apps the problem is your app

App tells me that a code has been sent to my phone, but doesn't indicate phone, I have a cell and a landline and 5 minutes too short a time for it to be active if I have to search two phones for the code!!
