Replaced a simple and functional app with a chrome wrapper that drops me into a queue (!) for a website. Can't get beyond attempting to reregister (why am I reregistering?) before something goes wrong and I get dumped back into the queue. Update: had to register on a desktop Web browser, took many attempts. The android app now works, apart from failing to start about 90% of the time. Hitting "try again" a few times will get it going. Score updated from 1 to 2.

Thank you for your feedback, Simon. When the app first launched, we experienced high volumes of users setting up their accounts at the same time, which led to some being made to queue. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. This should no longer be an issue so please let us know if the iD Mobile app is now working as it should for you? - Beth

WOW!!!? Check out the bad ratings, quite probably the biggest ratio of 1* ratings I have EVER seen!! No longer works. It used to work well. To clarify, I have multiple numbers, with the same contact email address. Now I can only access one account as since the app change was made, the user name is required to be the contact email. A bit of warning and I may have been able to change something, but I received no prior notification. Please tell me how you will resolve this immediately? Thank you.

I have to concur with everyone else in saying that the "experience" of the App so-call upgrade has been truly dreadful, for which IDMobile should be utterly ashamed. After a week or 2 of being unable to log on, and approaching the end of my contract so needing to renew/change, I finally managed to log in via the web site (running in a private session as it wouldn't work otherwise). After that the app worked. However, it's far worse than the old one and doesn't let me change my bill cap limit.
