Frankly the worst redesign of an app I've ever seen. Had to re-register twice now, tried to reset my password as I've been locked out due to having 3 different passwords from all the times I've had to sign up again, and not getting a reset link! App has no functionality compared to the old one, doesn't display nearly as much information, and is awkward, difficult and confusing to use. I only want to see how much data I have left! What was wrong with the old app - bring it back!

Having put off updating to the new app because of bad reviews but because old app no longer works I decided to take the plunge. Managed to re-register first time with no problems. I actually like the new look, it's cleaner and has all the info I need just as before. I can easily see how much data I've got left, when my plan ends with option to add to Calender, view and download existing and previous bills, see any add-ons. What's the problem? Great improvement, well done ID 👍.

Terrible app with very poor UI and even use. It doesn't give any useful data at all. I knew there would be something up because this deal was so cheap and now I see why. I won't ever go with ID again but have 20 months left before I change...Take it from me it's not worth the hassle Update as ID replied: I would love to see a deal plan, detailing 1. How many payments left till the phone is paid off 2. What the total amount of money left to pay is on the contract. Vodafone app has this ;)
