This app is actually abysmaI have been locked out of my my account for over a monnth while trying to sign in to my account on my new phone, but all it will say is, "Sorry, your details do not match out records, please try again" and I try again same thing, I even uninstalled the app, cleared all data from it but absolutely nothing. And when I try to log in to the website it works completely fine for like a day then it says that my details are wrong, and I wasn't putting them in incorrectly. 0/10

I've been with iD Mobile for a while and recently upgraded to a new plan for only £9/ month - really good value for the data and coverage you get. The app is simple and easy to manage everything, and the internet speed is quite fast compared to other budget networks. Overall, quite happy with the service so far!

I've had many network blackouts, unannounced and uncompensated or at least, an apology or a prewarned notice that no calls could be made. I have had this happen on approximately 4 separate days for a very inconvenient situation such that I bought £10 credit on my older network sim. I diligently pay my bills and expect a respectable service as I have 2 ID Mobile plans. meaning twice the inconvenience. response or recompense awaiting. complaints are useless even after asking escalated ..,,...
