I have to concur with everyone else in saying that the "experience" of the App so-call upgrade has been truly dreadful, for which IDMobile should be utterly ashamed. After a week or 2 of being unable to log on, and approaching the end of my contract so needing to renew/change, I finally managed to log in via the web site (running in a private session as it wouldn't work otherwise). After that the app worked. However, it's far worse than the old one and doesn't let me change my bill cap limit.

I moved to ID Mobile from 3 and downloaded the app, which initially worked fine. It seemed to stop working and there was a message about an upgrade(!) and ever since, I cannot access the app at all. It lets me seemingly set up (again?!) but then it either just says there has been an error or that I am a Pay As You Go customer who can't use it, which I am not. Not very good really. Not good enough, very disappointed.

Awful, can barely log in on the new app, the previous one never had issues. Ive been trying to view my upgrade options...it only shows a suggested option and has a link button to see more options...Surprise the button doesn't work. An error occured. But just to say I also am having the same issues on the website too, so assuming the website also had the new software/programming and is also not functional. Very disappointing at especially at the end of my contract...
