I'd give this app a -10 star rating and that's a fair assessment since I've been using this app since 2017. The known issues dont get fixed and are replaced with even more issues with every update. Complications happen even when the app is fully updated and has a solid wifi connection. The app fails to log in, crashes and freezes. The app doesn't connect to server. The app fails to save collected data. The app fails to track location. And so much more that I can't fit into a 500 letter count.

I'm extremely confused, it seems like this has been released in its Alpha testing phase. Where is ANYTHING on this app? You can't view your calendar, create or change appts, use messaging, see tasks, activities, files, profiles, nothing. Is this expected to change? I completely understand HIPPA (if this is the excuse), but one can just as easily open a browser and pull up the website on their phone. Am I missing something? I'd gladly increase stars as add-ons are made, if I keep it that long.

Hello Joe! This offline-capable app is not designed as a 1:1 replacement for CentralReach, but as a specialized app to streamline the behavior technician workflow on a day-to-day basis: from starting the day's appointment, collecting data and inputting comments, writing the session note, and collecting signatures. Hope that helps!
I'm not even able to login. Keeps saying there is an internal service error. Tried deleting and reinstalling, same thing. It's hard to use it when you aren't even allowed to login!!!

Hello Nathalie. That doesn't seem right. Please ask your CentralReach Support Administrator to submit a case with all the things you are seeing, and include your device version and app version. We would be glad to help with this issue.
