CR Mobile provides authorized CentralReach users with HIPAA-compliant anytime, anywhere access to their end-to-end workflow whether online or offline, enabling top-quality ABA care while on-the-go or at a center. Users with premium CR Mobile permission can securely access appointment schedules, collect clinical data, complete appointments with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) information, and complete Session Notes. Users without CR Mobile permission may collect clinical data.

To use CR Mobile, your organization must have an active license with CentralReach. If you are unsure as to whether you have the ability to use CR Mobile, please contact your administrative staff.

I'd give this app a -10 star rating and that's a fair assessment since I've been using this app since 2017. The known issues dont get fixed and are replaced with even more issues with every update. Complications happen even when the app is fully updated and has a solid wifi connection. The app fails to log in, crashes and freezes. The app doesn't connect to server. The app fails to save collected data. The app fails to track location. And so much more that I can't fit into a 500 letter count.

Oh no! We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. We've released a large number of improvements since CR Mobile launched in 2020. If I could give it a ZERO, I would. The app continues for the 4th straight day to have INCORRECT times that are not listed on my laptop for my clients. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app MULTIPLE times, HOPING that the correct time I scheduled my client in the CR calendar on my laptop would be reflected, but to NO AVAIL! This is Frustrating!

Redirects to the website and the fails but closing the page out. Uninstalled then re installed and it still didn't work.
