CaseClock is the case-control and evidence layer for Awaab’s Law, designed for housing providers, landlords, compliance managers, housing officers and field surveyors.

FROM FIRST NOTIFICATION TO CLOSURE
Record the moment your organisation becomes aware of a potential hazard. Capture the original report, classify the hazard and record high-level household vulnerability categories without storing medical records.

STATUTORY CLOCKS
Track emergency, investigation, written-summary and safety-works deadlines using deterministic calculations rather than AI. Live countdowns and recorded completion times keep on-time actions and overdue work visible. Working-day calculations currently use Monday to Friday and do not exclude bank holidays. CaseClock supports operational tracking; it does not replace legal advice or professional judgement.

FIELD SURVEYOR EVIDENCE
Record room-by-room moisture and environmental readings, capture photographs and review camera-extracted meter values before saving. Use the best-practice inspection checklist, verification controls and structured notes to document internal checks, external fabric, rainwater goods, ventilation, heating and remedial actions. BLE meter streaming in the current web release is a simulation; direct device integration is not included.

REPORTS AND WRITTEN SUMMARIES
Prepare landlord and managing-agent action reports with linked inspection evidence. Review statutory written summaries before approval. Open print views to save PDF reports and use supported device sharing options.

AN AUDITABLE CHRONOLOGY
Maintain an append-only, SHA-256 hash-chained event ledger. Generate a Court / Ombudsman evidence dossier showing the case chronology, statutory clock performance and evidence record.

TEAMWORK AND DOWNSTREAM EVIDENCE
Invite colleagues into your organisation workspace. Share secure, single-case links with contractors, landlords and tenants to collect status updates, photographs and material-change reports without requiring them to create an account.

PRIVATE ORGANISATION WORKSPACES
New accounts receive an isolated workspace. Cases and evidence are accessible only to authorised workspace members. Private sample cases are available for evaluation.

An account and internet connection are required. Camera access is used only when you choose to capture evidence or a meter screen. Location may be requested to stamp survey evidence. Features can vary by device and browser.
