Logs me out constantly whilst on the app, and despite inputting my password, using biometrics, resetting password, re-installing the app, and everything in between, it more often than not refuses to let me sign in. Never been able to use it and as of right now, not sure it's worth all the trouble. It sounded like a great idea, but Icarus probably would have had less trouble touching the sun without burning than working this app, it feels like.

Aerin, We are very sorry for the issue. We did identify an issue with the single sign on, for some devices. The new version addresses this bug and was just released today. It may take a few hours before you see the new version on the app store. Please update to this new version and contact us directly with any issues: support@nslspay.org.

I'm giving it over star for now because I haven't even been able to log in to the app. Everytime I try to log in as an NSLS member, I get redirected to a loading screen with a spinning circle and nothing ever happens. I am also unable to log in using my email because it won't take my password. If this issue gets fixed soon I will update my review.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the NSLS Single Sign On. We do not maintain the SSO. I would recommend you use the "Sign Up with Email" since you do not yet have an account with NSLS Pay and the SSO isn't working for you at the moment. I like the old way this app was working a little while ago. I don't like the money saving, I like when it was immediately deducted from the total. I went to village inn today and they said I payed 38 something, but I added tip to make it about 42 something. They told me I only payed the 38 and there was 4 left on the coupon. So I marked it as used not knowing if it had extra value. Why can't it just say? Why do I have to manually figure it out? This app is just a bit of a pain to use now.
