I paid for their service but I can't enjoy it because there's no way to even use it, the app is rejecting login but same login opens on the website. It's fraudulent for a credit check company. Efforts to reach them leads to no answers after I made payment for a service. Avoid this app and company.

Too bad. I was trying to reset my password, but the password reset links sent to me always arrived late & expired. I sent a mail to complain, no response. I've not benefited anything since I installed this App. In no time, sure, I MUST uninstall and look for another App.
