About this app

On October 5, 2026, the DeCA (Electronic Administrative Control Document) comes into effect: road freight transport in Spain must carry this document. CreaDeCA generates it for you from your mobile phone, using the delivery notes you already have.

WHO IS IT FOR?
For the shipper who must complete the document and for the carrier who carries it. The shipper creates the DeCA and can send a link to the carrier so they can add their registration number and details, without installing anything.

FROM YOUR DELIVERY NOTE, WITHOUT TYPING THE DATA
Scan the delivery note with your camera (or upload it as a PDF) and the app extracts the data: shipper and tax ID number, goods, pallets or packages, and weight. You review and correct them before issuing.

WHAT DO YOU GET?
A document with its QR code. Whoever needs it—the driver or an inspector—scans the QR code and accesses the document. It is stored for one year, as required by law.
