About this app

From October 5, 2026, the document used to control the public transport of goods by road in Spain must be electronic: the DeCA (Law 9/2025, Transitional Provision 8; Resolution of June 5, 2026). CreaDeCA generates it for you on your mobile phone, using the delivery notes you already have.

WHO IS IT FOR?
For the shipper who must complete the document and for the carrier who delivers it. The shipper creates the DeCA and can send a link to the carrier so they can add their registration number and details, without installing anything. (Order FOM/2861/2012, Articles 4 and 7).

FROM YOUR DELIVERY NOTE, WITHOUT TYPING THE DATA
Scan the delivery note with your camera (or upload it as a PDF) and the app extracts the data: shipper and tax ID number, goods, pallets or packages, and weight. You review and correct them before issuing.

WHAT YOU GET
A document with its QR code. Anyone who needs it scans the QR code and accesses the document. It is stored for at least one year, as required by law (Order FOM/2861/2012, art. 9).

Novedades de la versión 1.2.1:
• Las plantillas de cargador contractual guardan y rellenan solo el cargador, nunca la mercancía.
• Al escribir a mano una línea del albarán ya no se pide «Cantidad»: solo palés/bultos y peso.
• «Escribir a mano» en un DeCA ya emitido pregunta de quién es el albarán.
• Si una recogida no cabe en el mismo DeCA, puedes crear el documento nuevo desde la propia recogida.
• Con suscripción, ves tu saldo de la Bolsa junto al cupo del mes.
