About this app

The eSchool Manager is the official app for school administrators on the eSchool platform, the approved registration and education platform. It allows you to receive, review, and make decisions on new student registration applications addressed to your school, all from your phone, with full tracking of every step until final acceptance by the Directorate.

All your school's applications in one place
• Applications sorted by status: New, Modified, Returned, Awaiting Directorate, Awaiting Student, Accepted

• Instant notification of applications returned by the Directorate that require your urgent review

• Quick search by student name or application number, sorted by newest, priority, or name

Comprehensive review of each application
• Student's personal information, school details, grade, and study system

• Uploaded documents: Personal photo, national ID, civil status ID, passport, previous school certificate, and martyrs' family endorsement

Note: This app is for school principals accredited by the Directorates only. Accounts cannot be created within the app; login credentials are issued by the Directorate. Students and parents use their own school's online application.
