— BREW —
Four prep styles (Usucha, Koicha, Iced, Latte) with phase-by-phase timing guides: sift, pour, whisk, rest. Save your own custom profiles once you've found a temperature and ratio that works.

— CELLAR —
Log every tin: brand, origin, harvest year, grade, what you paid. A freshness clock (with a window you choose) nudges you before peak fades.
A signal bar tells you whether the price-per-gram is high, fair, or a steal — in EUR, USD, GBP, or JPY.
