Surveys done where the cargo is, not where the signal is.

Surveyor Field is the phone half of the Surveyor platform — used by marine
surveyors, cargo inspectors and heavy-lift route surveyors to record work on site
and turn it into the report a client receives, without typing anything twice.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
Everything is written to the phone before it is sent. Observations, measurements,
photographs and the GPS trace all queue on the device and go up when there
is coverage — so a hold below deck, a yard behind a breakwater and three hundred
kilometres of desert road all behave the same way.

OFFLINE MAPS
Download the map for your route before you leave. Surveyor Field packs a corridor
either side of the road you have walked, tells you how many megabytes that is
before you commit, and reads the tiles from the phone when there is nothing to
fetch them from.

ROUTE SURVEYS
Record bridges, overhead lines, pinch points, gradients, level crossings and
roadworks — each asking only for the measurements that kind needs. The trace
draws as you go, and every observation is placed on it by chainage.

CARGO INSPECTIONS
Tally against the manifest, record condition item by item, capture marks and
numbers, and attach damage evidence where it happened. Items supplied by the
office stay separate from what you found on site.

MARINE SURVEYS
Draft marks, hold condition, bunker figures and a statement of facts, on the
forms each survey kind actually uses.

DELIVERIES AND CONVOYS
Stamp milestones as they happen, record escorts and halts, and take proof of
delivery signed on the screen. A haulier's driver can join one movement from a
link without an account.

EVIDENCE THAT HOLDS UP
Every photograph carries the position it was taken at and how that position was
established — from the camera, or placed by hand and recorded as such. Nothing is
silently assumed.

LOCKED TO YOU
Put the app behind the fingerprint or face your phone already uses. A device left
in a cab, or handed to a colleague to hold, does not hand over the job with it.

TOLD, NOT CHASED
Your phone is told when a job is assigned to you, and when somebody asks a
question on one you are working. Nothing to refresh, and nothing to miss.

READS IN A DARK HOLD
Light and dark themes, chosen by you rather than decided for you.

FOR THE OFFICE TOO
Work reaches the office as soon as there is signal. Questions are answered on the
job itself rather than by text message, and what you record becomes the issued
report.
