About this app

CreativeSaaS is the CMMS that allows factories to manage day-to-day maintenance paperlessly and without Excel spreadsheets.

With the mobile app, your technical team can work from the factory floor, workshop, or machine room, even without a network connection: they can record the intervention, mark the equipment, take photos, sign, and everything is documented for IFS and BRC audits.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Work orders: create, assign, track, and close them from your mobile device, including equipment, photos, and signatures.

• Preventive maintenance: schedule plans based on calendar, operating hours, or readings.

• Assets and inventory: a record for each machine with its complete intervention history.

• Checklists: daily and HACCP checklists that are completed from your mobile device and saved.

• QR code scanning: open the work order or asset by simply pointing your camera at it.

• Key Performance Indicators: MTBF, MTTR, availability, preventive maintenance compliance, and maintenance costs. Offline mode: Work without network coverage and sync automatically when a connection is restored.
