About this app

Storagility PMS is the app for self-storage facility operators using the Storagility platform. Access the essentials of managing your facility, wherever you are.

A Storagility account is required. Accounts are created by Storagility and cannot be created from within the app.

DASHBOARD
Occupancy rate, revenue collected, occupancy by unit type, and pending requests, available first thing in the morning. A quick search lets you find a customer, a quote, or a container.

ALERTS
Situations requiring your attention, with the action to take directly from the alert.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Manage tenant check-ins and check-outs from the field, in front of the unit, with photos of the condition of each unit.

QUOTES AND RESERVATIONS
Track quote requests and pre-reservations received from your website, and manage them from your phone.

OSCAR, YOUR AI ASSISTANT
Ask a question about your outstanding payments, availability, or weekly activities. Oscar also prepares your quotes and payment reminders. He suggests, you decide: no sensitive action is performed without your confirmation, and Oscar never has more rights than the person communicating with him.

PERMISSIONS
Access to the camera and gallery is only requested when you add photos during a property inspection.
