The election observation manual is a free android application intended primarily for accredited observers of political parties or non-governmental organizations, but also for other citizens who wish to learn more about the election process and take a more active part in protecting this elementary democratic right of every citizen. Through the application, in the educational section, election rules and procedures defined by the BiH Election Law and other acts are presented, so that users can get to know them in detail and recognize situations in which they are at risk. In the second, more important, segment of the application, violations of election rules known so far during the election day are thematically addressed. It is a kind of quick guide through the recognition of irregularities with a list of necessary actions that should be taken in order to sanction such actions and protect the electoral process.
This application is not an official government application and does not represent any government institution. All data are informative in nature.
