Cred Flow is not useful for me, and despite multiple follow-ups, my refund has still not been processed I clearly do not want to continue using your application. If my amount is not refunded immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter through consumer forum, legal channels, and public grievance platforms Please treat this as a final notice and process my refund at the earliest

Pathetic app!! Very basic change like profile edit is not possible from there and my end for the last 15 days!!! I subscribed it just 15 days ago and my first impression is the worst impression!! Not able to use even once!! I asked them to refund my subscription amount and they are not refunding it....now I have no choice but to go to Consumer Court!!! Guys, pls never take subscription of this 3rd class app and it's services!!
