Mortgage Loan

• Repayment in equal monthly installments from 12 months to 60 months

Example calculations*:

For Standard Loan: If you take out a Standard loan in the amount of €500 / 977.91 BGN, for a period of 7 months with a 35.424% APR, the monthly installment will be €81.25 / 158.91 BGN, and the total amount due - €568.75 / 1112.38 BGN.
For a loan up to salary worth €300 / BGN 586.75 with a contract term of 9 days and collateral included - there is no application fee, and the repayment is in a single installment of €327 / BGN 639.56.

For a mortgage loan worth €8000 / BGN 15646.64 with a contract term of 12 months and collateral included (property mortgage) - there is no application fee, and the repayment is in equal monthly installments. The monthly installment on the loan will be €824 / BGN 1611.6, and the total amount to be returned will be €9888 / BGN 19339.25.
