MAHOFIN Quick PD App plays a crucial role to collect the detail information’s from customer to complete the home loan process. This application shall be used by the credit officers /managers for recommending a loan file to its decision purposes after evaluating the income, property etc.

MAHOFIN Quick PD between the lender and the borrower works as a path for the evaluation of the creditworthiness of the borrower. This process starts with personal discussion with borrower and his co borrowers. Also verification of property, documents etc. will be done with this mobile application online and offline. Verify borrowers’ business background, educational qualification of an applicant, family background, owned assets, cash flow and other borrowings etc. by visiting the borrowers’ premises. This process of verification is to identify the right intention and repayment capacity of the borrower.
