Banking Partners & Eligibility Criteria

One Credit Card is offered by multiple Banks and financial institutions i.e South Indian Bank (SIB), Federal Bank, BOBCARD, CSB Bank, Indian Bank, and SBM (State Bank of Mauritius).

You must be 18+ years old and an Indian resident to be eligible for One Credit Card. The approval is subject to your credit score and the issuing bank partner’s eligibility criteria.


Interest & Other Charges

Interest-free period - up to 48 days
The interest rate on unpaid dues - 3.75% p.m.
Over limit charges - 2.5% (min Rs. 500)
EMI Processing fee - 1% (min 99)
EMI Foreclosure fee - 3% (min 99)

after finishing the entire process and getting my card, guess what happens..you get logged out, multiple times. they dont ask for a pin, only mobile otp. And the only way to access your app is by starting the entire application process again! its that easy to lose access of your account.

I am trying to get the onecard from last year....but the application process never gets finished...... on the one side I get the whatsapp message that your card offers and the other side when I go to the mobile app... Onecard Application in process always shows.... and now from last month it's showing that failed to get Your cibil score, will inform in 6-7 days... but no update...... what kind of the system is this........😡😡😡😡

if a person says he has a query and wants to talk to a person, get him a person to talk to, your lame AI repeats the limited set of options available and cannot help me with my card. i've not been recieving otps for any transactions because of which i cannot complete a single transaction. Add more options to that AI or delete it FFS.
