Banking Partners & Eligibility Criteria

One Credit Card is offered by multiple Banks and financial institutions i.e South Indian Bank (SIB), Federal Bank, BOBCARD, CSB Bank, Indian Bank, and SBM (State Bank of Mauritius).

You must be 18+ years old and an Indian resident to be eligible for One Credit Card. The approval is subject to your credit score and the issuing bank partner’s eligibility criteria.


Interest & Other Charges

Interest-free period - up to 48 days
The interest rate on unpaid dues - 3.75% p.m.
Over limit charges - 2.5% (min Rs. 500)
EMI Processing fee - 1% (min 99)
EMI Foreclosure fee - 3% (min 99)

Edited on 03/08/25: Downloaded again, & yet the same problem persisting for than a month. Got to uninstall and never return back. Original: have been on my device for more than a year. Every time I check, it says "unable to fetch details. Will complete the process manually in 7-12 days." & it has never happened. Wrote them an email, & then they say I have been declined without specifying the reason. Anyways, opting out. 'v'

This used to be my goto app. However, the latest update has completely killed the app for me in the name of "security". I refuse to be dictated by a single app about how I use my phone that I paid money for. I keep developer mode on and authorised to my computer so that in the event of screen damage or similar issues, I can still access my photos and other data. Having access to one lousy mediocre credit card is not worth compromising. If it's the only choice, I'll gladly close the account.

I was logged out automatically and now I can't log in again. When I try to log in with my registered number, it shows "SIM card verification failed" Tried all possible ways to fix the SIM verification issue. Updated to the latest version, raised a support ticket, and called customer care multiple times, but nothing has been resolved. The same issue still persists. Very disappointing experience. I couldn't even open onecard app and they do not have option for web login to check the transactions.
