The app is unreliable. The Credit Mantri team initially contacted me regularly and promised to resolve my negative account within 15 to 30 days. However, after I paid for the subscription, they stopped calling and did not follow up. My issue is still unresolved. It is very difficult to reach them, as they do not share their contact number. This experience has been disappointing, and I would advise others not to make any payments based on such commitments...

The service provided by the team was very good. The service call I received was very calm and Syed helped me understand everything I needed to do next to improve my profile

I'm Still waiting and they have done subscription by me.....but they have not still called me or messaged me at all, they said they will do it trust me and all but they didn't at all and im so frustrated now....this app is scammer, they say to resolve things but they take money and does nothing please be alert.
