Ratings and reviews

This is very stupid service. They told me within 10-15 days they could resolve the issue. Then, after taking the subscription they messaged/emailed me it takes 7-30 days. But it has been more than 75 days, the status is still showing "under processing." And it's too difficult to contact them on call. They never shared their customer care number. It's also very difficult to search and reply on their website.

They collect an amount saying it's for the year and that they will arrange your loan & credit score improvement and solve with analysers. but after the payment, there is no response. Nobody responds; they don't respond on the app either. Paying the amount is useless.

WORST SERVICE EVER. They haven't provided any customer care number to contact them. They called me to get creditfit subscription to avail calling option in the app through them, after disconnecting the call there is no such option in the app and there is no way to contact them. There are just looting the people for subscription which is of 2k. don't ever believe them.
