nothing but liars and thieves, charged me multiple times for the same month of service and when I got it reversed they reversed the on-time payment so that they could still charge me a late fee for the second payment that came through, kept switching my service to the credit report that I had no negative items on so I was effectively paying them to do nothing instead of working on the reports that had negative items that I called in multiple times to get them to work on complete garbage company

BEWARE!! FO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I was told that I could cancel my membership within the 30 days without being charged $99 upon initial sign up. they charged me the next 4 days after and told me that I would not able to get a full refund. Only after the four days was up, and I called back to see what was up, was I told about the 5 Days grace point after the refund. be careful as to what you are signing.
