Absolutely ridiculous app, layout in serious need of an update - very old school. Security not so good. .. the amount of times I need to ring CU to request a new password is ridiculous even though my username and password are CORRECT.. I tried to login twice this morning and now I've received an email to say my account is suspended. Password were correct both times. Whenever I request a passcode to my mobile phone and input this code into the app it replies with "unable to check at this time"!

App itself is just about fine but is not actually an app, simply a redirect to Web page optimised for mobiles. Would be fine except it kills any links sent via WhatsApp to FB, met with a grey screen and looking in background CUPlus app is running without being launched. Uninstalled and problem solved. Any banking "app" opening without being specifically requested is a huge security concern.

Terrible looking and functional app that looks like something thrown together and is years behind. Go to send an instant IBAN transfer as it says in the app, eventually found out with from the staff you have to use your bill account for that I dunno what the idea of the bill account is, seems like a free current account which is pointless when they're trying to sell current accounts I feel sorry for the staff having to deal with the backlash from this rubbish app
