DO NOT USE THIS APP OR CREDIT REPAIR AGENCY! credit innovation group is a scam. the credzy app there is no way to cancel your subscription. 5 months ago I called & they hung up on me. they hung up on me every time after that I asked them to cancel it. then I'd call credit innovation group they'd say they have nothing to do with the app but on their website it started it's their app. I've been charged 150 bucks over the past 5 months for something that I requested get canceled 5 months ago.

I download the app which I couldn't use because the sale rep put in my info wrong and said his tech guys would fix,the sale rep then setup an appointment for the next day and didn't honor it the next day call and text me constantly while I was at work I asked for a refund he sent me a text with the wrong customer service number.I have been on hold for a hour waiting to cancel my subscription and get a refund.

Kimberly was great informative. was very patient with me cause im not real computer savy she walked me thru everything to understand what I needed done. explained everything i need to get prepared and what she was doing with my debt. for all out there having issues with rent to own t takes a bit but credit innovation group ( Kimberly ) was excellent help.
