Changing their business model often, and in the process don't care about current users or notifying them in time about the changes. I had to delete account by messaging to their instagram account (???) and in the process they have used my personal data very freely and insecure. Also, requested a feedback and never replied to it. The app is not so bad, but customer experience and support = 0. Would not recommend it to anyone

Žao nam je ako naša podrška nije ispunila Vaša očekivanja. TableStar ne čuva senzitivne podatke što možete da vidite u politici privatnosti i svako može da obriše nalog. Uvidom u istorijat rezervacija nismo našli ni jednu rezervaciju sa Vašim imenom i prezimenom. Cenimo sve povratne informacije i trudićemo se da nam podrška i usluga budu što bolji.

One of a kind app, great cashback deals of up to 20%, the person who makes the reservation basically eats for free. It s a great tool for companies also it saves a lot of money, I personally made a reservation for 60 people in one famous restaurant in Belgrade and the bill was over 1 million RSD (10 thousand euros) and when I scanned the receipt i got a cashback of almost 2 thousand euros back which i sent directly to my current account !

I used old version where you can get discount from 30% to 50% on the food. Now with update of aplication you only can get max 20% discount but actionly it is return of the money to aplication. Good idea at the start and bad execution after start period.

Hi Saša, we delivered what our users wished for:
1. The venue staff does NOT need to know which benefits you get from the app, just scan the receipt and get cashback directly from us. This removes errors on behalf of the venue!
2. The guest who makes the reservation gets up to 25% on the ENTIRE receipt.
